Deanna Mcallister, founder and primary injector, is a mother of four with 17 years in the medical field, 9 years in aesthetics and degrees in both Nursing and Healthcare Administration. She is currently completing her next certificate in functional medicine.
She is certified in Biote Hormone Replacement Therapy, Cosmetic Injections, PDO Threadlifts, Sclerotherapy, Laser Aesthetics, Xtreme Lash Extensions, Platelet Rich Plasma Procedures, Plasma Fibroblast and Microneedling. Her dream is to make beautiful affordable and treat clients both inside and out.
David is a Licensed Esthetician, Aveda trained, who has been practicing for more than two years.
He loves skincare and has a lot of experience with dermaplaning, waxing and various aesthetic services.
He loves to laugh, always has a positive attitude and willing to do everything to make the client experience valuable.
Carlie is a Certified Laser and CIT technician, trained by the National Laser Institute.
She uses her knowledge of lasers and microneedling to help clients reach long term solutions for their skincare.
She is currently attending Nursing School at IVY Tech and is a Bloomington native.
Lania, a Registered Nurse, has recently completed a 5-month internship and is now seeing patients on her own. She is kind, full of energy, and has a passion for aesthetics. Lania spends her day off at Vanished, taking care of patients in the ICU.
Addy is our newest addition. She is a recent graduate of Tricocci, and has completed her internship with Vanished. She is described as “having great hands,” helps her clients feel at ease quickly, and has been a fast-growing part of our family.
